Holiday

No internet last night (pretty much the whole day even though it was good weather!). This is the blog from yesterday.

I woke up at 12 again today.  It’s so nice to sleep in for more than one day!  I had a small breakfast and then a little bit later, we had lunch.  After lunch I sat around and listened to music and did Sudoku.  At 5, Janie came over and we walked to the center.  She drew while I did Sudoku again.  When she got frustrated with her drawing, we decided to walk to the gardens and then we walked back the other way to go to the pub.

When we got to the pub, we went inside and sat down at a table in the back.  After a couple of minutes, we got really hot because it’s not as cold outside as it has been for the past couple of days.  We decided to go sit outside.  A little while later, Giulia and her friends showed up and we talked with them for a while.  At 7:45, I walked home.

Right after I got home, my host parents and left to go to Roberto’s sister’s house.  One of my friends was there so we talked for a little bit and then everybody had dinner.  After dinner, all of the kids wanted to go upstairs to watch a movie.  The movie was obviously in Italian, so I tried to follow along as well as I could.  I understood a little bit about what was going on.  Around 12, the movie ended and we went home.

Two more days to sleep in…
