Post Sickness

I ended up going to bed really late last night because I skyped with my sister, so this morning it was a nightmare to get up.  Lorena asked if I felt good enough to go to school and I had to fight with myself to say yes... just kidding. I knew I needed to go to school today.  When I got there, we had religion for the first class, so I did my Italian homework, obviously...  Then we had physics where I understood absolutely nothing, but I think one of my classmates is going to help me more with it later on!  During math, I also didn't understand anything.  Then we went to another classroom for art and I had no idea what was going on, big surprise.  One of my classmates (who I assume is the best in art class because everybody asks him their questions) helped me, or basically did my whole drawing for me because I didn't understand how to do it.  I felt really bad, but I didn't know what else I was supposed to do.  The last class of the day was English and it was a mad house.  The teacher couldn't get everybody to be quiet and I think the students were purposefully making him angry. Or at least that was my perspective on the situation, so we ended up getting nothing done in class.

When I got home, we had lunch, and I can taste my food again! Hallelujah!  I got on facebook for a little bit because Heather was supposed to skype with me, but her alarm didn't go off!  Then Janie picked me up at 3:50 to go to our Italian lessons for an hour.  Then we went on about an hour walk, came home, dropped off some stuff, and then went back out to go shopping.  Or we went out so that I could watch Janie do the shopping.  She is a shopping machine! We went to the chalet a little after 7 and nobody was there so we left again and we ended up seeing our friends on the way out. After talking a little bit and letting them try our brownies (which they loved!), Janie got picked up and I walked home.  For dinner, we had frittata, which is my favorite meal that Lorena makes!

I just finished downloading three knew songs.  Not many, but I love them!  I heard one of them in a shop Janie and I went to today and I instantly knew it was Florence and the Machine so I looked it up when I got home.  Mumford and Sons' new album also just came out, so I am slowly listening to all the songs on their album to get to ones I like!

I think I might get to bed 30 minutes earlier tonight.  Slowly, I will make it back to getting to bed at 10... maybe.

Buonanotte!
