Very Warm

When I got up this morning (10 minutes late) I really didn't want to go to school.  I just wanted to sleep all day long.  That's why I pressed snooze an extra time on my alarm clock.  When I did get up, I ate less cereal in order to get me back on schedule.  When I got to school, we had two hours of math to begin with.  It was really embarrassing, because in the beginning of class, the teacher had one of the students go up to the board and teach me a math concept in English.  So everybody was staring and me and when they asked if I understood, I would just say yes because I wanted them to get back to their normal lesson.  I didn't like how they were holding up the class for my purpose.  Then the teacher taught something new for the next hour and a half and I kept up with it in the beginning, but then it just got way too confusing and I didn't really understand it in the end.  She passed out our graded tests before the bell rang, but she didn't give me mine, she just said it wasn't going to count for me, which must mean that I did pretty dang bad...

After break, I had two hours with my Italian teacher and we had to go into the library today since the room we usually go into was being used.  It was harder in the library because we had to be super quiet. It was also a very hard lesson today and I didn't really catch on to what the teacher was trying to teach me.  The last hour of school was physics.  We also learned something new in that class but there was no hope for me to follow along.  The teacher mostly just talks to explain stuff so I didn't understand anything.  The only part of the lesson I got was the last part because that's when she wrote some formulas up on the board.

Roberto picked me up from school today because we were going to his parents house for lunch since Lorena was in Ancona.  His parents live about 10 minutes away and when we arrived, lunch was already ready.  Everything was delicious.  Roberto's mother is a very good cook.  Right after lunch, we had to leave because Roberto had to get back to work.  He dropped me off at home and I decided to take another nap (yes, I probably take a nap about every day).  I think I was half asleep the whole time because I could still hear my music.  Then I went to the chalet around 6 and hung out with some of my friends for a couple of hours.  At 8, I walked back home and we had dinner.

Today it was super hot.  I've been wearing my jacket since I've been here, but today it was way too warm.  When I walked to the chalet, it started to rain a little bit, but it was still warm and when I got back to the house I couldn't even stand how hot it was.  I opened my window in hope that some cool air would come in, but that's not happening.  Looks like I will be sleeping above my covers tonight.
